Ventinox® HiFlex Chimney Liner is designed to reline existing masonry chimneys or may be
used as a high performance liner in new chimney construction.
HiFlex Chimney Liner provides long lasting venting systems for fireplaces, wood stoves, fireplace
inserts, pellet heaters and non-condensing gas or oil fired appliances.

Ventinox HiFlex is made from titanium stabilized stainless steel, the same material used in aircraft
afterburners. The liner is manufactured from a single strip of steel, using a continuous weld and
spiral corrugation technique. This patented process produces a highly durable, gas and water tight liner
that is stronger than any other flexible liner on the market. Ventinox HiFlex can be radically bent and
ovalized without kinking or breaking. Unlike any other liner, it absorbs multi-directional expansion within its
corrugations. This eliminates stresses within the system during heating and cooling cycles, making use of
expansion joints unnecessary.
Ventinox liners can be insulated with either Thermix masonry insulation or ProFoil ceramic blankets. For
a zero clearance listing, one inch of TherMix or two layers of ProFoil are required around the liner. Refer to the Ventinox installation instruction for details.
To fit existing chimney dimensions, Ventinox HiFlex can be custom ovalized on the job site with
the Ventinox Ovalizing Machine, or purchased pre-ovalized in custom lengths from Ventinox distributors. NOTE: Ovalizing reduces the cross-section area of a liner. Refer to the sizing tables in ProTech Technical Bulletin #1009 for details.
Ventinox HiFlex is available in 3"-12" diameters. Distributors offer 3"-9" in custom cut lengths up to 150'.
10"-12" diameter HiFlex comes in 5' increments up to 20' lengths. 3"-6" HiFlex (25' long coils) and 7"-8"
HiFlex (15' long coils) are available pre-boxed for UPS shipping.

Ventinox lets me get my job done easier and faster.
I run a one-person operation and installing even a simple one-story liner with a heavy flex and/or
rigid pipe can be difficult at best... I like Ventinox HiFlex because it is lightweight... Its simple to
carry a twenty-five foot coil of six-inch liner in one hand up a ladder to the second story. Yet, its
surprisingly tough in relation to its wall thickness and weight. It feels good to tell the customers
about the quality of the alloy used and the advantages it has in the event of a flue fire.
